Asaan Invoice ("we", "us") provides hosted invoicing software for businesses in Pakistan. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how it is protected.
1. Information we collect
- Contact details you submit through our website, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number and message.
- Account and business data stored in your workspace, including products, buyers, invoices and tax information.
- Technical information such as IP address and browser type, used to operate and secure the service.
2. How we use information
- To respond to demo requests and provide the service you have asked for.
- To operate, maintain and secure your workspace and submit invoices to FBR on your instruction.
- To provide support, send service notices and improve the platform.
3. FBR submission
When you enable FBR submission, invoice data required by the Federal Board of Revenue is transmitted using the credentials you provide. We do not submit anything to FBR without your instruction.
4. Data storage and security
Each business runs in an isolated workspace with its own database and credentials. Backups are maintained as part of our standard operations and retained as described in section 6. Access to production systems is restricted and credentials are stored securely.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to host and operate the platform, or where required by law.
6. Retention
We retain data for as long as your workspace is active, and for a limited period afterwards to allow for backups and legal obligations. You can request deletion of your contact information at any time.
7. Your rights
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of that information.
- Export the business data held in your workspace.
8. Cookies
This website uses only the storage necessary to function. If analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated to describe them.
